Arizona Star Shine
This quilt was supposed to address issues of scale so we used Jenny Doan’s Arizona Star pattern to make paper-pieced stars ranging in size from about 4 “ to one that is more that 65 inches across and is continued on the back side of the twin-sized quilt. Sewing the giant paper-pieced star together took three people — one to sew and two to support the fabric. We certainly know how to have fun!
