Meeting rung to Order at 6:31 pm by Chris Patrick.

Election of Vice President: Chris reported that Betsy Wycislak had been nominated to serve
as Vice President in 2026 and asked whether any other members were interested in standing
for election to that post. There being no other nominations, upon motion and second, the
members unanimously elected Betsy as Vice President for 2026.

President’s Opening Comments: Chris summarized several items.
(1) The 2026 Executive Board will be:
Ken Harry, President
Betsy Wycislak, Vice President
Suzanne Shema, Secretary
Joe Mason, Treasurer
Suzanne Sabin, Membership

(2) Standing Committee changes for 2026: Katherine Kenward and Ann Weber will take
over Programming/Education. Many thanks to Michele Vaughn for her 2025 leadership.

(3) December 4 will be the annual holiday party and gift swap. Members were asked to put
unwrapped gifts in brown paper bags, along with a card with the gift-giver’s name. This
process is to keep the gift exchange moving along and still make it fun (but not take 2
hours to finish). She said the Guild would provide party treats (e.g., cookies) so
members need not bring them.

(4) December Show and Tell will be limited to items to be gifted in December.

(5) Chris reported there is still no signed contract with JCC for 2026 but we have been
assured that we are on the 2026 schedule.

2025.

10:00 a.m. Chris will send a notice and Zoom link via email.
