Memory Quilt

 I was hired to embroidered the sayings on this wedding quilt. The bride’s sister had secretly sent out index cards and had the guest write messages. I digitized the messages and embroidered them. When I handed her the embroidered squares, she made the comment the wedding was in five days in Seattle so she’ll have to make the quilt and give it to her later. I took the squares back and told her to stop by on her way to the airport. I’m so glad I did. The quilt was hung at the reception and she told me people were thrilled to see their messages and the bride cried.
