This quilt was made as a Christmas gift for a beer-loving uncle. It’s called “Sloshed” because the pattern looks like what might happen if beer is sloshed around in a glass (notice the beer print fabric with foam!), perhaps by a person who is also sloshed…..
This quilt is traditionally pieced. I used a 10-degree ruler to get the angles between the squares, and I’m really happy with how it turned out! The quilting was done using a domestic machine and the design was chosen to mimic the hypnotic movement of the beer squares.
